Book Reviews (kind of)

This book is John Green’s first novel.  John is a self-proclaimed Nerdfighter.  He believes that everyone belongs.  Everyone is made of awesome.  I will post one of John’s more famous vlogs.  Here is a quick snippet from it; “some say that kids don’t have the critical sophistication when they are reading...shut up and stop condescending teenagers…”  This book has been implemented into many high schools throughout the United States but some feel that it is a bit too edgy for youth.  See what you think….and tell me your thoughts…..too edgy?  I don’t think so….it reminds a bit of a novel that I read in high school.  You might have heard of it, it’s called ‘The Catcher and the Rye’.  Make sure to check back next month and I’ll introduce you to John’s brother…Hank.
