Facilitators The Atlantic Cooperative Youth Leadership (ACYL) is very fortunate to have a broad based, solid core of volunteers to draw from.  Professionals from co-operatives and Credit Unions from all Across Atlantic Canada are the reason for ACYL’s success.  Since 1994 we have had approximately 150 individuals graciously volunteer their time to youth development. ACYL is as good as the people who are committed to its success.  People who have a genuine interest in youth, personal self-development, retaining the high quality and high standards of the program are encouraged to take an active role in our program. Volunteers who have been chosen will be asked to commit to a 2 day training session.

	Creative Directors Every seminar ACYL invites back past participants to be Creative Directors.  These individuals: Participates in all activities Demonstrates leadership skills Have the ability to communicate effectively Show sound judgment Have enthusiasm for the program Have the ability to work with others Includes others and; Has maturity consistent with their age Join us in the continued efforts to make our youth prosper!
